I complaint to CFPB on XX/XX/2023 for missing the Cash Rewards from Bank of America. The case number is XXXX. I think I paid the XXXX 's bill, but they said not. They dont let me know why I already paid but they still said no pay. After that they write a letter to discontinue my current program and transfer to another completely different plan since XXXX XXXX without my prior consent.
