Good afternoon, This is where i currently am. I have an issue with my dealings with XXXX XXXX. First, a little background information. Sometime in mid XXXX, I contacted Rocket Mortgage for an FHA cash out refinance. During this process paperwork was submitted, credit was pulled, income was verified, appraisal was scheduled and, according to XXXX, the underwriter was actively reviewing my information. During one of the earlier phone conversations, I was told, by XXXX, " You don't have a mortgage payment due until XXXX. ". I understood this to mean that XXXX 's payment was unnecessary, as Rocket Mortgage was handling things. Some time later, I was asked for verification that XXXX 's payment was made. When notified that it was not, XXXX told me that I was disqualified due to there being a XXXX day late on my current mortgage. I was acting on information provided to me via a phone conversation, so as you can XXXX, I was a bit upset. I have contacted my current mortgage company, and they have agreed to review the case to have the late payment removed, but I have no proof that the phone conversation happened. I reached out to XXXX to verify. He refused to cooperate. I contacted XXXX, who also refused to cooperate. I asked for transcripts to the phone calls to submit to my current mortgage company, and was told that they would not be released, as they are proprietary. As you can see, I have very limited options. I am again asking for transcripts to the phone calls between XXXX and myself regarding my application. I have reached out to Rocket 's XXXX XXXX regarding this matter as well. It's quite simple. Please release the transcripts, so I can submit them to my current mortgage company. They'll amend my payment history due to extenuating circumstances, and I can refinance with another lender. It's really no more complicated than that. As of this writing, I am being stonewalled.
