This account was advertised to receive a {$500.00} bonus if direct deposits were made into the account. I have called 4 times regarding this issue, every time the bank has aknowledged that I met the terms of the promotion. Twice they opened a " investigation '' and each time they keep telling me to wait for the bonus to post to my account. Its been 5 months and nothing has happened, and they keep closing the case. Bonus was supposed to post within 60 days according to the terms of the agreement.
