I received a email from Bank of America about I wasnt approved for a credit card that I never applied for. I then checked my credit report and saw on XX/XX/2023 someone fraudulently took out a card in my name using my SS. I would like to have this looked into because this will affect my credit and I just got off bankruptcy. I want to press charges. Please and thank you. Im afraid that this will happen again since my SS is compromised.
