This is a follow up complaint with regards to The Estate of XXXX XXXX. There was a partial claim on her property which was never recorded. I spoke with a legal representative from XXXX XXXX and Rushmore during remediation and we were informed that they would be paying the partial claim directly. Today I received a call from Rushmore Mortgage stating that they just recorded the partial claim and I have to call HUD directly for the payoff information and where to send the HUD payoff. They gave me a phone number of XXXX. This number belongs to a company called XXXX. They are causing mental distress for all involved with the sale of this Estate and their ignorant and uneducated representatives do not make this easier. During a recorded call with XXXX XXXX, they stated the payoff including the partial claim. They now record this XXXX years later. I need to know whether this partial claim is legal since it was never recorded. Please be advised that the Beneficiary of this estate is a Servicemember of The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
