Consumer Narrative

ACCOUNT XXXX appears that I have 7 ineligible payments. The first three periods are : XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Obviously, I can not pay on these dates because in Puerto Rico we were hit by two hurricanes, Irma and Maria. Literally, we had to survive. Because I am a public servant, we had to work give humanitarian relief to our people. Another ineligible period is from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Fedloan applied to me a Delinquency Forbearance because they delay the process of renewal my Income Based Repayment Plan and they charge me a lot of money, {$400.00} that I can not pay, that is the reason than I am requesting IBR Program. Enclosed you will find my communication to Fedloan in XX/XX/XXXX. For the reasons exposed above, I request these 7 payments change to eligible because all the time I am a public servant, work to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and must request the hurricanes forbearance and later the bureaucracy and unfair service of Fedloan applied arbitarirly. Never I refuse to pay, only I want to pay a fair amount based in the Income Base Repayment Plan. I continue paying these months using the amount that I was paying, because Fedloan refused to say to me the new amount to pay by IBR Program that I was renewing. I submitted my PSFLF on time to Fedloan and lateXXXX, these inelegible payments qualify for the Special Waiver
