Hello. The account on my name ( XXXX ) is not properly validated in compliance with FDCPA statutes. Portfolio Recovery Associates failed to validate the debt info and dont have right to collect. They haven't done proper research or helped resolve the account issue. Please verify the debt and send new validation and make sure the names and addresses match with my person. I demand that correct information be sent and that it truly validate the debt.I will continue to dispute the account until they resolve the issue.
