I received a voicemail stating that I had criminal charges pending against me so I called the number and when I look the number up afterwords it says that its a scam anyway they wanted me to pay a settlement in three installments starting in XXXX XXXX, and XXXX and they directed me to another group claiming to be sterling and associates. The first number was XXXX XXXX XXXX Which is supposedly an attorney anyway they took my credit card number they sent me a doc you sign which I never signed. I contacted my local police department after calling my bank and canceling my card and the sheriffs department advised me to contact you I have a case number. XXXX from the XXXX XXXX XXXX department here in Wisconsin XXXX The first number given to me was XXXX extension XXXX with the name XXXX XXXX. She stated she was from XXXX XXXX XXXX then I was sent over to Sterling and associate and that number is XXXX, extension XXXX, and the womans name was XXXX XXXX
