My escrow account has missing funds. This has been going on since my bankruptcy was paid and closed. Ever since my escrow has been missing money and my mortage payment keep going up. They paid more to insurance Co that was not correct amounts. They were rude and wouldn't help me understand why even going as far as to say they can't look up my information I asked for about my escrow account. They keep saying I was in the negative but wouldn't explain. They paid my last insurance Co more money than was my bill. Then when I changed insurance they paid them twice. XXXX XXXX sent them XXXX and my insurance sent them back one of the payments of XXXX they state I only have XXXX this has been going on since iv been with them.
