This creditor stopped accepting my payments and then marked ME as late on an open account. In accordance with the fair reporting act Synchrony Bank/ PayPal has violated my rights. Under 15USC1681 section 602 states : I have the right to privacy. 15USC1681 section 604A section 2 It states that a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction. Under 15USC 1666B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.
