Portfolio recovery associates call me, sent letters. Furnished CRA 's with false misleading inaccurate information, balances, times. And reported collections which letters stated this is not a attempt to collect a debt, corroborated with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and sent me bill 's and letters which I never seen before and opened accounts in my name. Without any contracts. I disputed everything and it's reported collections, and now new letters stating they are collecting a debt that they don't or are not entitled to. Unfair practices. Shameful company. Computer generated correspondence. Improper investigations. Violations repeatedly with no regards to the chaos and financial burden they caused me. See : law suits articles
