I received a letter from Phoenix Financial Services on XXXX XX/XX/2023 regarding a {$250.00} medical bill bought from XXXX XXXX XXXX. The letter gave the option of sending in their attachment disputing the debt and to have them forward proof this was my debt. I mailed this back on XXXX XX/XX/2023. Phoenix Financial Services failed to forward the proper documentation to prove this was my debt ( I still have not received as of XXXX XX/XX/2023. This is now a collection on my XXXX credit report. As of XXXX XX/XX/2023, my XXXX score for XXXX was XXXX. As of XXXX XX/XX/2023, it is now XXXX taking a significant XXXX XXXX decrease. The real legal issue is with XXXX. Any outstanding OR paid medical debt of {$500.00} dollars shouldn't be a collection account on XXXX, XXXX, nor XXXX. This collection account needs to be removed immediately. Phoenix Financial Services isn't following Federal law and XXXX should NEVER have placed a medical collection for {$250.00} on my credit report. I'm not requesting this to be removed. I'm demanding it.
