Purchased a shower panel with XXXX Bank of AMERICA CREDIT card. The product was faulty, and the vendor tried to resolve the issue, but were unable to get me the replacement in time, and I was without a shower for 4 weeks. I called the vendor, and they wouldn't help me. I called B of A, and submitted a claimm. they never asked me for any documentation, and sided with the vendor. they told me I could reopen the claim, and to " FAX '' the info to them. I faxed a 9 page written document including photos. After 2 weeks, they claim they never received it. I have refaxed, again, for XXXX, and they claim they still have not received it.
