Select Portfolio Servicing, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX Problem : SPS misapplied payments, did not apply payments. All mortgage payments were made timely and in full. Due to misapplied and not applying payments properly penalties, higher interest rates and collection fees were added to the loans. SPS has not been able to restore the loans to the correct amount owed. Hired XXXX XXXX in XXXX - XXXX Hired XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX in XXXX to present We provided all paperwork, checks to show full payment and SPS still has not responded. I have spent close to {$30000.00} in attorney fees to get this resolved. I have fully paid SPS and have never missed a payment.
