Consumer Narrative
I contacted the company and told them I dont owe {$1500.00}. Since XXXX they increased my owed amount over {$500.00}. I refuse to pay any of it because theyre making false claims and they dont even have proof that the debt is mine, theyre not the original creditor. I get mail saying Im commuting a crime and theyre taking me to court. I want this to stop. They dont have my wet signature. They never provided me with proof of anything and on top of that I have been a victim of a nationally declared disaster. I have been homeless for the past 3 years. Jobless for longer than that.
