PLEASE HELP ME GET A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT FOR LOSS MITIGATION OF A VA LOAN!!!!!!!! I have been seeking a VA mortgage modification since XXXX!!!! I have been dealing with Carrington since they acquired servicing of my mortgage in XXXX and they have NEVER assigned a single point of contact to my case. This has cost me time in the form of wasted effort and timing from when mortgage rates were better and the financial picture was more favorable. For years I have continued to submit loss mitigation packages, most recently XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, and have STILL not received the name and contact information for a single point of contact. I receive letters requesting that I call the main number, example attached. When I call that number I do not get the same person nor the same instructions twice. This is a stonewalling tactic!!! I have submitted EVERYTHING they have asked for or a letter of explanation in lieu of an item that is unattainable. Per Colorado law 38.38.103.1 and federal regulation under Title 12 Chapter X Part 1024 Subpart C 1024.40, I should have been assigned a single point of contact literal years ago! Please help me in enforcing that Carrington complies with the laws and regulations or direct me to the department or agency who can. This is causing undue stress and financial damage to my family.
