On XX/XX/2023, I opened this checking account ( XXXX ) with {$150.00} bonus offer on BoA website. On XX/XX/2023, until today, I still have not received the {$150.00} bonus. Tried contact customer service and they told me that offer never applied to my account so I wont get the offer. Also last 5 month, I had over {$20000.00} direct deposit and I am very sure I am eligible the offer. This is clear a tech issue from BoA or they had a fault advertisement. I need CFPB to help and look into this issue.
