Consumer Narrative

Back in XX/XX/2022, a scammer had me transfer XXXX from Bank Of America to XXXX XXXX XXXX with a promise of investing it. The service never provided me money and kept asking for more. The scammer used the web site lead-assets.com to run their operation. BOA looked into it but said since I sent the money and it was not stolen out of my account, they are not liable.
