On XXXX I went to my local walgreens pharmacy store to pick up my prescription. As usual, I click confirm pickup and also bought medical equipment with the pharmacist. The pharmacist told me to enter my social security number which was new to me, so I did as I thought it was just a new process of picking up my medication to match my records on file. When I got back home and checked my email, I saw an email regarding a new credit card has successfully been accepted in my name. I remember I didn't sign a document for a credit application nor talk to a professional financial expert at walgreens for this store credit card. Therefore, I am submitting a complaint with CFPB as I didn't authorize for a credit card at walgreens.
