Consumer Narrative

I was the victim of fraud due to phishing. {$3500.00} were taken from my account on XX/XX/23, after hacker used XXXX XXXX to pursued me into accessing my account under false pretends. Upon realizing what had happened I went to Bank of America as the funds were processing they did not cancel the transaction and or gave me a temporary credit per E-regulatory laws. I submitted evidence the following day, that these hackers were trying to contact me again and information regarding the calls and links they were text messaging in attempts to continue to defraud me and despite of this Bank of America have continued to be in violation of e-laws.
