Consumer Narrative
Received a 1099-C from a Bill Me Later, Inc with the description PayPal Credit . in the amount of {$1400.00}. I have called the number on the form and left repeated messages. I " never '' signed up for this service. I had to XXXX search, what Bill Me Later even was. I do not even have a business that would need a service like this. The first I heard of this was receiving the 1099-C. This creates a problem for me because this is reported to the IRS. Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. XXXX XXXX
