I have been in touch via phone and email with Innovate Loan Servicing regarding reporting my auto loan to the credit bureau. They told me they were going to do it when I refinanced in XXXX of XXXX. Then they told me that they got a new computer system during the summer around XXXX. Then again in XXXX when I reached out they told me they were still trying to get all of their records up to date and should have it done now. I reached out in XXXX. They ignored me. I then again XXXX of XXXX and they said theyd have it already sent. Its been over 30 days and there is still nothing on my credit report. I cant even refinance the loan because no one will accept me since my loan is not on my credit report. I originally was making phone calls to them. When I made a call to them in the summer asking for an update on the credit bureau, their employee told me that they didnt have my call previously and would try to look into it. I dont believe that they are correctly documenting calls. I have moved to emails and its very apparent I dont often get a response.
