Simple : Although BoA N.A. reports it needs more time to respond to previous ongoing complaints [ filed multiple times with this CFPB for ongoing billing & payment issuesproblems ] and issues it has stopped, entirely, sending out payment demands. Including those, but not limited to, coupons for the previously uploaded {$0.00} monthly 's. So, I not only do NOT have any accounting for that {$500.00} in principal sent separately last month ; it is again wholly unreported and unaccounted for, on that nonexistent XXXX Credit Report ( must be my imagination going wild again NOT ), as is those payments sent and cashed for XXXX and XXXX of XXXX [ payments made two ( 2 ) months in advance of their respective due dates ]. Which makes it painfully obvious that BoA is not only is less then honorable but completely corrupt and criminal { XXXX }. So, I too have adjusted strategy and have made deals with my banks for images of all monthly checks now be sent automatically to me. Also, each and every payment going forward is now going to be delivered by Certified U. S. Mail. With that self-produced payment coupon, on which the payment is intended for and sent to cover, as well as all papers ( ie : the payment check and enclosed self-produced payment coupon ) enclosed in that Certified U. S. Mailing will have that assigned exterior number inscribed on each item enclosed therewith. If BoA NA should reject one such payment andor the immediate application thereof the remedy ( s ) included in the Uniform Commercial Code shall be swift in coming. I attempted to allow CFPB to do it's job in a relaxed manner however the actual theft of my money makes that no longer an option. They've obviously realized I can not upload what they do not supply therefore this submission lacks the evidence ( s ) they previously supplied against themselves, who ever said criminals are stupid?
