Consumer Narrative
Synchrony Bank is another creditor that has harassed me and intentionally marred my credit for years ; and for unclear reasons. I paid off the XXXX XXXX account and not only did they fail to close the card, they continued to allege I had a XXXX dollar balance and put a charge-off on my credit. This is the same bank that alleged I owed the XXXX dollars and put a lien on my home causing a divorce and physical injuries to myself and my children as we were literally entrapped in a sick home and unable to sell until they became cooperative.
