On XX/XX/XXXX, I opened an Advantage Plus Checking Account and Advantage Savings Account at Bank of America. On XX/XX/XXXX, I was trying to request a transfer of funds ( {$10000.00} USD ) from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account to the Bank of America account. I am the owner of my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account, and I had sufficient funds to be transferred when I requested. In addition, I have also successfully linked my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account to the Bank of America account prior to the transfer. On XX/XX/XXXX, I found out that my Bank of America account was closed by Bank of America, and Bank of America did not notice me about the closure nor provide any reasons on why the account was closed. I then requested a consumer report from XXXX XXXX XXXX, the report indicates that the account was closed due to fraud. I requested investigation on this case through XXXX XXXX XXXX, as I disagree with the information in my consumer report file. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX mailed me the investigation results that the information in my consumer report file is accurate and complete. After speaking with Bank of America Client Protection center in XXXX, XXXX, I was informed that the reason for account closure was because Bank of America thought that I was requesting a transfer from third party instead of my own account, therefore, Bank of America is seeking proof that I am the owner of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I then submitted a reinvestigation request to XXXX XXXX XXXX including a letter of proof from my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which confirmed my account ownership and my good standing with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, along with my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account bank statement with the fund transfer history. On XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX mailed me the reinvestigation results that the information in my consumer report file is accurate and complete, which I disagree as I did not commit to any fraudulent activities.
