This property management company is full of greed and do not care about their tenants HEALTH. I was a tenant on their property for a couple years and Ive finally had enough when they become even more negligent with their emergency property maintenance. In an email on XX/XX/2022 I stated to the property I have a XXXX XXXX XXXX daughter who lives with me and this is unacceptable. Im breathing in mold stagnant water and have been doing so for a couple days. Im going to have an inspector come and look at my apartment to see if its even habitable. They responded I have made the Maintenace request for you. We will get someone out there as soon as we are able to get this fixed for you. Best, XXXX XXXX my plumbing was never fixed and they didnt seem to care. I put in multiple emergency maintenance requests and nobody ever came to fix the issue. The bathtub wouldnt drain, the bathroom sink wouldnt drain, the toilet wouldnt flush, my washer made my clothes smell horrible, the smell of stagnant water quite possibly mold, as well as the contents of my toilet filled the apartment with the smell/odor of indescribable words. My XXXX XXXX XXXX had to brush her teeth and wash her hands in the kitchen sink for weeks. My daughter and I had to use our toilet without flushing it for WEEKS, as a result typed a letter to terminate my lease with the property, and moved into a different leasing property at this time. I stated to the attorney that My daughters and my health were at risk living at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. He did not seem to care. And he gave me the next court date for us to proceed. The next court date I was waiting for my docket number to present my case to a judge via zoom and I was told the case was dismissed by the clerk. I was not able to explain to a judge or jury my situation because they dismissed it. The fact that they are trying to get money from me is very disturbing given the circumstances my family had to endure. I have kept all of the video, picture, emails documented of all my evidence over the course of my lease. I feel that justice needs to be brought to XXXX XXXX. This company is concerned more about money than the health of its tenants. They need to be held accountable for their actions and mistakes.
