I have had my JCPENNEY credit card for almost 4 years and each year they reduce my credit to the exact balance which increases my credit utilization on my credit report. I worked to pay down this card from XXXX to XXXX and now they have reduced my credit limit to XXXX. This makes my credit utilization at 95 %. When I called to see why they said they did an annual review of customer worthiness. I have never been late on a payment or missed a payment, they every year do this and make my credit score plummet. This is unfair and unwarranted.
