I have been trying to notify Road Auto Finance company of the null contract that XXXX has put me in. They will not here me out they have been trying to illegally reposses my vehicle. And ignore my every attempt I AM GOING TO SUBMIT DOCUMENTS BE LOW TO BACK UP MY CLAIMS. Contract is Void due to the following violations and can no way possibly be denied. I also have reasonbly belief that XXXX falsified information on finance application of my income to get me approved for Auto loan. 1. Service contract, the service contract was included in my 54 month ( 4.5 year ) finance amount even though the service contract Cleary states ( 3 years ) 2, Dealer fees, the dealer imposed fees for service that are not required by law to be paid by consumers infact the service implied only takes ( maybe 30 minutes ) maybe a are never done again yet I'm am being charged for them for ( 4.5 years ) ( I.e cleaning the vehicle, washing vehicle, topping off fluids. ) All which ARE ALREADY INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE OF VEHICLE AS WELL AS NOT REQUIRED IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA 3. TOTAL AMOUNT FINANCE IS INCORRECT!! TOTAL Contract is VOID ALL VIOLATIONS OF TILA, UNFAIR DEBT COLLECTING, AND POOR CONSUMER TREATMENT!!
