For the last year or so PayPal Credit/XXXX has been charging me interest on deferred interest charges. I pay my charges that are not interest deferred along with my interest deferred balance due on time and all together on one payment and do this online. PayPal Credit is not applying the payments correctly and they do not offer an online solution for allocating where my payment goes towards on the statement charges. I have called in several times to complain and get the interest charges off my statement but only get someone with dogs barking or kids crying in the background who have no clue how to help me. They keep telling me to call in and make my payment over the phone so it can be allocated correctly. Ive tried this several times and have no options via phone to get this done. It is a painful process and in the meantime Im paying interest charges for no reason as Im paying ahead on my deferred charges. Its a scam they are getting away with and Im furious! I feel I have no way to stop this and they continue to get money from me that is not theres to have. Please do something about this ASAP as they owe me money back from interest charges that should never have been applied.
