Consumer Narrative

I can not log into Bank of America 's website to view my account details, I can not see what fees and interest I have been charged. Also, on XX/XX/2023, I made an attempt to settle debt I owe with Bank of America, currently represented by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In an effort to do so, I tried to verify the amount I owed was correct. I asked them what the original principal was and what additional fees and interest had been added to that to arrive at the figure they were claiming I owed them. They ( i do not know the name of who I spoke to on the phone ) refused to answer, claiming that they did not know. I am worried they are using the threat of bankruptcy to force me to pay fake or incorrect fees. If it is possible to help, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, they told me they recorded the phone call ; If you request it, it will back me up 100 %.
