This company was asked for a debt validation and there response was simply to mail me a copy of the billing statement from XXXX. which they are not XXXX, they can not prove I entered into a legally binding contract with them for this debt. Billing statement from XXXX do not constitute a legally hand written sign contract by me. also they call my personal cell phone daily, despite my phone number being registered with the national do not call registry. I also filed a complaint on that site as well. they have emailed my email which is also on the do not call registry. They have listed this account as a debt on all three of my credit reports and say I must pay this debt that is not theirs. they claim that XX/XX/XXXX of 2022 the account was transferred to them. however I never gave them permission to attain or access all of my personal information.
