I received an email from Citi on XX/XX/XXXX " Thank you for enrolling in the Citi Accelerate High-Yield Savings Leveled Bonus Offer '' So I know I had followed the rules of the offer. I have not withdrawn any finds form this account, so I should have qualified for the {$450.00} bonus. I have called in several times and finally opened a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX.
