I tried to order a pool cover reel from a vender ( XXXX ), but the order was declined so I pressed the key again and was declined again. I thought nothing of it and looked at other sites. When I received my Citibank card bill I see that I have been charged twice for {$82.00}. I disputed the charges. I tried to contact the company but the phone # they list doesn't exist, also I have not received any product from them. I called Citibank and thought it was all taken care of. What is Citibank 's problem? When I contact Citibank all I get is somebody I can't understand from another country.
