Im a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC XXXX there is a company called Flexable Finance thats was said to be opened XX/XX/2022. And is claiming I owe then XXXX mo or {$1200.00} on XXXX credit reporting. My rent comes out direct deposit to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NC {$1300.00} nothing goes to any Flexable Finance and they keep charging rental payments I called my rental office and all Im told Id Flex only has a email and there is nothing that can be done meanwhile XXXX is not only getting my full months rent directly withdrew from my checking on the 3rd of every month they are getting paid by this flex finance keeping the money and flex is charging me. My credit went from XXXX to XXXX with XXXX XXXX with XXXX. Flexible Finance only number and all you will get is a email is XXXX. My rental mgr XXXXXXXX knows I pay every month on time but says his hands are tied because you cant get in contact with anyone XXXX office number is XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX is manager
