I went to Bank of America located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX, MO XXXX. I went to make a payment on my credit card. I put in {$1200.00} and it told me I had {$1100.00} credit I thought that was strange so I got my money back out but they only gave me {$1100.00}. I stuck it in a second time and it said I had {$1100.00} credit I pulled the money out and it only was {$1100.00} so they ripped me off {$140.00} I did not want to hold up the line so I drove around the block and pulled behind the gentleman that was behind me. I looked up after I counted {$1100.00} and saw that he was yelling at the machine. I open my door and asked him if the machine had ripped him off and he said yes. I told him we should go into the bank and tell them but he said he was going to call the number on the ATM. I went into the bank and explained to them what happened and they made a payment on my credit card for {$1100.00} because that was all the money I had. After I made my payment, I talked to another bank employee and he told me that the ATM had been ripping people off all day and I was asked why didnt the bank put a sign on it and all they did was laugh about it. The bank XXXX had told me to call the number on the ATM which I have called six times they give me the run around and tell me its going to take me up to two billing cycles to get my money back which from what I understand it should have taken care of it within 10 days or less. I keep getting the runaround I just want my {$140.00} put on my credit card. The ATM ID Number is XXXX
