Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/XXXX I went into a local bank of America financial institution and withdrew money from my checking account which was given in the form of 3 checks. I have a customer withdrawal images from that transaction with a total charge of {$110000.00} and a list of the three check numbers whose combined total was to equal the total charge. I realized I was missing money from m to account and reviewed my documents and matched check amounts to the 3 check numbers which totaled {$81000.00} not the {$110000.00} my account was charged. Financial institutions confirm the records show the bank error but claim they can not file dispute s and instructed me to call customer service. Customer service has had me file claims in every dept from fraud to risk Management all of which at the end of 60 days are denied with reason being filed with wrong dept. Today bank of America customer told me to go in to a financial institution to file a dispute because it was bank teller error. I drive two hours to the nearest location where I was told they do not file disputes. It is now XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX
