Consumer Narrative

Experiance at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of 2023 XX/XX/2023 my company changed thier pay roll company from XXXX to XXXX. The checks look different however they are still Bank Of America checks from a BOfA customer. For 3 pay periods in a row Bank Of America has refused to cash my paper pay roll stating the reason of not having a imagine of what the new checks look like. Please keep in mind 1. This is from a Bank of America its thier check, so they should have an image 2. My employer has XXXX of employees that receive these checks every 2 weeks, so they should have an image. 3. If they rely on past imaging why does it take so long for up to date information. 4. At the very least should have an authorization for these checks. Instead They advised me to deposit my pay roll in to my account at my bank or open an account with them. The issue is why doesnt BOfA take BOfA checks not whether or not I have direct deposit. The issue is if BOfA cant cash paper checks why offer them to your customers to give as payroll. This is not a personal check. The issue is if you have this system in place why does it take so long to update. I have to go to a sketchy XXXX in XXXX to cash these checks.
