This is in regard to a previous complaint I submitted on XX/XX/2023. The company responded with an itemized statement of charges. However, the account numbers provided on the statement, do NOT match the account numbers provided on my credit reports. As I mentioned in my previous complaint, I have disputed these 2 collections numerous times, due to the inaccurate information being provided/reported. These collections are also medical bills, below {$500.00}, and from what I understand, they will no longer be reporting under {$500.00}. The itemized statement also states that the accounts were Write Offs, for this company. And I also never had a contractual agreement with this company, nor have I ever given them my permission to share anything whatsoever on my credit report. How many laws are being broken/violated by this company? One too many for me! I am requesting the collection accounts be removed, ASAP, as well as monetary relief for the following violations, for the last 4 years that they have negatively impacted my consumer report. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Violation of TILA 15 U.S. Code 1666 ( b ) Billing Error Violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681 - Congressional findings and statement of purpose If you are unable to provide me with a copy of the verifiable proof, you must also update and/or remove the information listed above. Additionally, failure to respond satisfactorily with a free copy of my report after the changes have been made will result in the above actions being taken against your company in small claim state proceedings ; I will also be seeking monetary relief of { {$1000.00} } per violation for : 1. ) Defamation of Character 2. ) Negligent infliction of Emotional Distress 3. ) Violations of 15 U.S.C 1666 ( b ) & 15 U.S.C 1681
