I paid the lease through XX/XX/XXXX as required. XX/XX/XXXX they sent me a moveout bill {$400.00} which included a charge that I disputed over resurfacing a bathtub that had already been in disrepair before I moved in. After exchanging emails, they agreed to drop the tub resurface charge and changed the amount due to {$200.00} XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$200.00} as requested ( attached ) and considered the issue done. XX/XX/XXXX I received a collections letter from IQ Data ( attached ) dated XX/XX/XXXX saying that I owed XXXX the original amount {$400.00}. This is becoming a nightmare that I can not get rid of.
