I made a claim on XX/XX/2021 with Bank of America EDD prepaid card services. Since the original dispute had been filed, I sent in required documentation asked of me by BofA. I sent in a photocopy of my Identification card as well as a copy of the police report and police findings in the case matter. After being denied and refilling, my case has been placed in a " pending '' status for around 2 years now. Having filed over 15+ complaints and expedition requests there is still no resolve in this situation. The woman who was charged with the illegal use of my unemployment card as well as other fraud charges has been charged and found guilty, and has completed the sentence set fourth by the judge and still the funds in the case have not been received back. I really need the money back in this matter. I have lost my home, my children, and job due to XXXX and then my EDD being stolen. I really do not want to have to have an attorney sue the company for negligence.
