Consumer Narrative

Using my Bank of America XXXX I did a balance transfer a XXXX XXXX and paid the corresponding fee. Before the promotional period ended I started paying off the card in full and completed paying before the end of the last cycle of the balance transfer agreement. Bank of America still charged me an interest in the amount of {$44.00} I called the bank to complain and ask for a refund either full or partial and they won't do it. They stated that I didn't pay on time and the interest is valid. I have been a customer for over XXXX XXXX and never have made a late payment. They won't consider that I have been a loyal customer.
