About a week ago, I visited my online Bank of America ( further referenced as " BofA '' ) XXXX XXXX site to change my Pay From bank accounts registered on that site that are used for making payments to my BofA credit cards ( I have four credit cards with BofA : ending in XXXX, in XXXX, in XXXX, and in XXXX. ) During the visit, I deleted several of my older bank accounts already registered on that site in the past ( some of which were still shown as " Unverified '' ) that I no longer use, and added a new one, which went into " Unverified '' status. I tried to add yet another account, but ran into an error message " Verify one of your accounts before adding another. You currently have the maximum number of unverified accounts allowed by Bank of America. '' Thinking that maximum is one, and realizign the account I had added is not the one I actually want to use, I deleted the " Unverified '' account I just added, and tried adding another one again, only to receive the same error message, " Verify one of your accounts before adding another. You currently have the maximum number of unverified accounts allowed by Bank of America. '' I've contacted Bank of America for help with this issue several times by phone, yet BofA was not able to resolve the issue for me. As it stands today, XX/XX/2023, I have a BofA XXXX XXXX profile with only one verified bank account and no unverified bank accounts listed, and can not register any other or new bank accounts due to receiving an error message " Verify one of your accounts before adding another. You currently have the maximum number of unverified accounts allowed by Bank of America. '' But there are none, and I don't have any to " verify ''! Please help resolve this issue ; otherwise, I'm not able to make BofA XXXX XXXX online payments from my desired bank accounts to my BofA credit cards due to this technical issue on BofA online XXXXXXXX XXXX site!
