Upon doing so, I was told the card was 'compromised ', but with no specific details as to how. I was instructed to utilize links on their website to submit photos of the card along with my personal information, but the website would not allow me to do so. I attempted with multiple operating systems and web browsers, but their system stated it was 'unable to process my request ' and to again call their phone support. I did so, and spoke with a supervisor after a long wait. XXXX ' informed me that he would escalate the matter, but could not take my name, email or phone number for them to contact me to provide resolution.
