I sent my parents a money transfer using Xoom, a XXXX Service on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX. Xoom tracking number : XXXX for {$6100.00}. So my parents can use it for their medical emergency. Xoom say it will be deposited in few minutes but it has been 5 days now without payment to my parents or refund back to me. On their website, it says Transfer Status : Final ( transaction completed ) Amount you will receive : XXXX XXXX Bank deposit to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) {$6100.00}. However, I dont see money in XXXX Account. They have been saying. We are investigating without giving me any timeline. Please help with my situation. Thank you
