they went in my car and stole my purse and whoever find it is been trying to open couples account under my name, I have call this place to explain to them what happen and to give them the police report number of my stolen purse and they told me they was gon na work on removing that hard inquiry off my credit and is been more than 8 months and they don't removed knowing I was going thru identity theft. syncb/ sams. this been going on since XX/XX/2022 i need them to remove this hard inquiry from my credit report because i call them about this, and i explain everything to them, I shouldn't have this on my credit when i reported identity theft
