i received an email regarding an account I " opened '' with bank of america. I called them and they wanted my social security number, which i did not feel comfortable providing. I did NOT open an account with them. i received a statement in the mail today. i can not get through to speak to anyone in the fraud department now. i need this frauduently opened account in my name- with my address, email and SS # to be closed immediately.
