Consumer Narrative
XXXX, XXXX and Complaint against Bank of America and XXXX XXXX XXXX. From XXXX to XXXX Bank of America accepted my money which were processed and endorsed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX under unknown to me authorities into an account owned by unknown to me parties. In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX paid for my home Insurance for property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, under unknown to me authority. In XX/XX/XXXX I received unsigned " Total PayOff Statement '' from XXXX, XXXX where I was directed to wire my money to XXXX XXXX XXXX, who provided me routing number which belongs to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is on Board of Directors. When I asked XXXX XXXX XXXX to verify ownership of this account, XXXX said that they act as banking institution for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is a lie. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ), is a fictitious corporation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ], which was formed on XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who was financed by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) as founding co-sponsors. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX formed XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), with only one initial filing. They never filed any mandatory Corporate disclosures or Statements of Publically Traded company in XXXX so as a corporation, XXXX is as fake as XXXX. XXXX is managed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a wholly-owned subsidiary of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission that specializes in mortgage assets [ which neither XXXX or XXXX never had ]. Their correspondent production operations are conducted on a fee-for-service basis by another XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX which also services most of the loans in their investment portfolio and the loans for which the retain the obligation to service. { which is a lie because XXXX does not service anything ] Thus, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX can not be my creditor under its own corporate structure, even IF XXXX were a real corporation, not a fictitious entity registered for the use of its name only, similar to America 's Wholesale Lender which was not registered at all. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent me a Form filed by unknown to me parties where my alleged " loan '' is " pooled " with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. So, its unclear how defunct since XXXX XXXX can hire XXXX XXXX XXXX to transfer my Mortgage to fake corporation XXXX if this mortgage was pooled in XXXX security three months earlier. And whom fake corporation XXXX is servicing all this time. I demand disclosures from BOA and XXXX who is the owner of accounts where my money are deposited or demanded to be deposited ; the name of the Company and its authorized officer who hired XXXX to make the payment for my home insurance
