On XX/XX/2022 I mailed a request to verify a debt via debt validation letter to Express Recovery located at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX via certified letter. It was received on XX/XX/202 by XXXX XXXX ( you can not read the name on the return receipt. ) Since that time, XXXX XXXX has not contacted me nor validated the debt. I have attached the return receipt as well as the XXXX Tracking confirmation showing that it was received. I believe under Federal Law since this company will not validate the debt and has refused to respond to my request this needs to be removed from my credit reports immediately.
