Hello, I am writing this to dispute a charge of {$270.00} made on XX/XX/XXXX by vendor, XXXX. I purchased a website subscription from this vendor XXXX for the amount of {$190.00} and they overcharged me by {$84.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I opened a dispute for the amount of {$84.00} ( over bill ) this with my bank, Chase. The vendor, XXXX, asked me to cancel the dispute so they can resolve this issue themselves. I called Chase to resolve the dispute on XX/XX/XXXX and they processed a rebill and closed the dispute. Upon receipt of the dispute resolution, XXXX cancelled my subscription on XX/XX/XXXX entirely and are refusing to refund me for original payment amount, {$270.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested my bank, Chase to reopen the dispute for the full transaction amount of {$270.00} and provided a letter of dispute with supporting documents. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Chase to check on status and they claim that the dispute is closed. Now I have no service and no money.
