I tried to buy a home for the first time and was misled by a realtor, builder/seller, and a XXXX XXXX from Bank of America XXXX The bank 's attorney XXXX XXXX and his law firm XXXX for XXXX has unethically lied to me with misstatements of facts by falsely promising a compromise after I paid off this 30-year XXXX XXXX XXXX Mortgage in 3 years hoping to get my personal credit report repaired and my life back on track. This whole deal should have reversed by the bank long ago after I reported to the bank that the home was uninhabitable until the one-year warranty was provided and attended to but was not by the builder/seller, the realtor, or the bank. This is breach of contract, nonperformance by all parties involved except XXXX XXXX XXXX who fulfilled his duty, and went beyond the call of duty to help this bank, but the bank has not reciprocated any such assistance and now it is time for the CPFB to step in because I was just denied a new mortgage loan from XXXX XXXX because Bank of America refuses to help clear my credit report, which has been exacerbated by the bank 's attorney XXXX from XXXX XXXX firm in XXXX. There is some illegal activity in this matter that has nothing to do with me but is preventing me from enjoying my life, liberties, and protection of my property interests so I may pursue happiness with any more stresses that are not mine to endure, but the banks, the realtor 's, and the builder/seller to deal with.
